Job summary

Screwfix in Rotherham is seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant to welcome customers, identify needs and guide them to the right products. You’ll help keep the store running smoothly, support deliveries, stock checks and customer orders, and contribute to a friendly, fast-paced team.

This is a fixed-term contract up to 3 months with weekend availability. Training is provided and you’ll join a supportive team with career development opportunities and great benefits.

Qualifications

• Amazing at giving great service, with a positive can-do, no-nonsense approach.

Responsibilities

• Host – you’ll welcome customers into your store, understand what they need, guide them to the right products, and make it super easy for them
• Warehouse standards – you’ll assist with deliveries, maintaining product stock, collecting customer orders and keeping standards high
• Part of the team – you’ll join a team who take pride in their store, work together and have lots of fun along the way!
