TGJones is seeking a Post Office Counter Clerk to join our team on a fixed-term basis until 30 September 2026. This role involves delivering excellent customer service, handling travel money and documents, and assisting with bills and basic banking. The hours are 12 per week, with pay set by age group (£10.85 or £12.71 per hour).

You must be over 18 and complete a safeguarding check. A 3-day training course covers introduction, processes, skills and systems.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 and able to pass safeguarding check.
• 3-Day Post Office Counter Training covering Introduction, Processes, Practical Skills & Systems.
• Willing to train at a different location; flexibility required.
