Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong attention to detail, and must be comfortable using IT systems, including Excel. Qualifications

• Previous experience in debt management and credit control.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Experience with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
• Produce regular aged debt analysis reports.
• Manage the collection of outstanding payments.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage timely payments.
