You will switch hats between training, onboarding and change support for diverse organisations, with a strong emphasis on clear communication, patience and creative problem solving. We are on the hunt for an all-rounder! In startup land, there are always 100 things going on around the place and we need that person who can be that central point of contact for multiple avenues.

About Us

We are a fast-growing online platform company that is established in Australia and New Zealand, but just kicking off here in the UK. We have a sales team up and running, a handful of excellent customers (including two local authorities), and they are already singing our praises.

What will happen next is that there will be a bunch of customers who need:

• Support for anyone having a tricky time using the system
• Training on how to use the system
• Follow-up and nurturing after they are up and running online

You would need to be able to switch hats quickly, but it's all related… You are a teacher helping our customers to use the system the best way that they can and making sure they love our product.

Every day will be different as you work with new customers and established organisations on our platform. For some of the organisations, a supportive hand in change management will be required. Some gentle negotiation might be called for…

The best part is, though, you will have the support from our existing UK, Australia and New Zealand team to get you up and running, as well as guide you along this exciting new journey.
