Job summary

Tesco Colleague role in the UK stores focuses on delivering friendly, knowledgeable service and flexible support across the shop floor. You’ll work with a welcoming team to help customers, stock shelves, operate checkouts and assist with online orders, all while contributing to strong store performance.

The role provides minimum 16 hours per week with options from 12 hours in some locations, with pay starting at 13.28 GBP/hour and rising to 14.55 GBP/hour in certain areas like the M25.

• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
