Job summary

Moto Hospitality at Southwaite Services, M6, Broadfield Road, Carlisle CA4 0NT is seeking a Retail Assistant to join the team. The role offers weekend shifts from 2pm to 10pm and 7 hours per week, with pay at £12.83 per hour. You will greet customers, process orders, stock displays, and uphold brand standards.

You'll work with colleagues to create a welcoming store environment, participate in deliveries, and support a culture of teamwork, with weekly pay and a range of benefits.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Receiving deliveries and replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
