Goals Soccer Centres PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support daily operations at the Isleworth site. The role primarily covers Team Member duties with occasional Shift Supervisor responsibilities when management coverage is required.

You will deliver first-class customer service, handle bookings and payments, and assist in bar operations. The position involves evenings and weekends; 18+ due to licensing, with potential progression within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to operate tills and basic booking systems.
• Willingness to step into supervision when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standard of customer service across the Club.
• Manage bookings, enquiries and payments accurately.
• Operate tills and booking systems; work in a busy bar.
• Lead by example when acting in a senior capacity.
• Support promotions and Club initiatives.
