GOALS is Britain's premier five-a-side football centre operator, offering state-of-the-art facilities and a fast-paced, customer-focused environment in Isleworth. The role combines front-of-house team member duties with occasional Shift Supervisor responsibilities to cover management when needed.

You will deliver high standards of service across reception and bar, handle bookings and payments, and work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience handling cash and customer transactions.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standard of customer service across the Club, including front-of-house and bar duties.
• Manage bookings, enquiries and payments accurately.
• Support promotions and Club initiatives on shift.
