Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bicycle mechanic with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively.
• A valid driving licence and clean driving record (may be required).
• Knowledge of workshop safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer repair requests, delivering friendly service.
• Manage the daily appointment calendar and communicate with customers.
• Diagnose and repair e-bike/e-moped issues with clear explanations.
• Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance ensuring vehicle safety.
• Process repair invoices and handle customer queries professionally.
• Occasionally attend to roadside assistance requests.
