We’re looking for a Customer Export Co-ordinator to join a successful manufacturing business based in North East Manchester. If you're experienced in handling export documentation, coordinating freight, and supporting customers – this could be your ideal next step.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Be the daily point of contact for customers via phone and email
2. Process orders, delivery notes & export documentation
3. Coordinate with freight partners to plan shipments
4. Resolve customer queries and follow up on requirements
5. Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations

1. Background in customer service with recent export experience
2. Confident using MRP/CRM systems, and managing logistics paperwork
