Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited is seeking a Customer Experience Team Member for our Newton Abbot store. This permanent, part-time role offers 7.5 hours per week, with Saturday hours, and focuses on helping customers, offering expert advice, and delivering a welcoming shopping experience.

About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Part-time

Hours of Work: 7.5 Hours per week, working Saturday from 9:00am - 5.30pm

As a Customer Experience Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of our store — helping customers find the right products, offering expert advice, and creating a welcoming environment. You’ll work closely with your team to deliver a high-quality retail experience, support sales targets, and ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression.
