The ideal candidate will have experience leading CX or sales support teams, with a background in B2B operations and a strong coaching ability. Office-based role in London with regular hours.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a customer service, customer experience or sales support team.
• Background in B2B customer operations.
• Strong coaching and people management skills.
• Passion for improving customer journeys and service delivery.
• Utilities sector experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a customer experience & sales support team.
