Job summary

Cactus Search is seeking an experienced Head of B2C Sales for a senior, globally focused leadership role. You will translate sales strategy into measurable results, improving conversion, revenue and customer management across contact centre operations.

You will lead a transformation agenda across regions, use data to shape strategy, and collaborate with operations, marketing, technology and senior leadership to deliver lasting improvements.
