Job Overview

Multiple locations in London: Westfield, Park Royal, Tottenham, and Heathrow.

As a Sales Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla, you will be the face of our brand, engaging potential customers, capturing leads, and guiding them through a seamless sales journey. Your role is vital in creating meaningful connections and driving sales growth through effective lead generation strategies.

You will work closely with the sales and delivery team, cooperating frequently to achieve targets, and embody Tesla's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Proactively engage with customers at stores or events to identify potential leads and create a pipeline through active interaction and data capture.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs, answering questions, handling objections, and promoting test drives.
  3. Execute lead capture strategies during events to maximize engagement and conversions.
  4. Manage and organize lead data accurately in CRM systems, updating customer profiles with relevant information.
  5. Build value for customers by understanding their requirements, presenting Tesla vehicles, and communicating our value proposition.
  6. Collaborate with sales and other departments to share insights and improve processes.
  7. Maintain a positive, professional attitude, reflecting Tesla's values to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • Strong knowledge of Tesla products, including vehicles, solar panels, and energy storage solutions.
  • Effective communication skills to explain information clearly.
  • Proven experience in delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
  • Passion for Tesla's mission to promote sustainable energy.
  • Full UK driving license held for at least 2 years.
