Job summary

Onward Homes is recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist based at our Accrington office. You will handle multi-channel housing enquiries, aim for first-time resolution, and provide a professional high-quality service to tenants and customers across phone, email and social media.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a multi-channel contact centre environment.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience via phone, email, social media communication.
• Strong empathy in dealing with customers and complaints.
• Good attention to detail and active listening skills.
• Resilient and able to handle competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional high quality multi-channel customer contact experience to tenants and customers.
• Handle a full range of housing enquiries and aim for first-time resolution where possible.
• Manage inbound calls, emails, and social media requests from existing customers and prospective applicants.
• Assist with repairs appointments, complaints, payments and tenancy applications.
• Support the Customer Services team with enquiries and maintain accurate records.
