Are you an experienced customer service or support professional ready to elevate your career?

Do you want a clear path to becoming a Customer Service Manager—and eventually a Commercial Director? If so, we want to hear from you.

This unique dual-role opportunity combines key account management with entry-level helpdesk support for ERP solutions. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth system performance while delivering outstanding service and customer satisfaction.

In this position, you will oversee customer relationships, respond to client enquiries and communicating progress accurately and professionally to the client ensuring businesses maximise the value of our ERP software. Initially you will be assisting with first-line technical support to resolve queries effectively. Your ability to build long-term client partnerships and provide strategic and technical guidance will be crucial to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their ERP needs.
  • Strengthen relationships to drive retention, renewals, and business growth.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise software usage and introduce additional solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align services with client goals.

Helpdesk Support

  • Provide first-line troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.
  • Log and escalate concerns to technical specialists.
  • Assist users with system navigation, configuration, and optimisation.
  • Educate clients on ERP best practices to improve efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in account management within an IT or software-focused role.
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems and Microsoft software.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide clear guidance.
  • Legally authorised to work in the UK, preferably based in the Northeast.
