Job description

An exciting opportunity to join a team of Customer Experience Specialists! The successful applicants will act as the primary point of contact for HCPs and deliver personalized customer experiences.

Job Overview:
  • Engage with customers using an omnichannel approach, including in-person and remote interactions.
  • Collaborate with different functions to ensure an optimized customer experience.
  • Build value-oriented relationships with HCPs and understand their needs deeply.
Success Criteria:
  • Proven success in primary care and hospital pharmaceutical sales.
  • ABPI Qualified.
  • Experience promoting cardiovascular therapies.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate clinical trial data and guidelines effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of NHS structure and environment.
  • Business and commercial acumen.
