Job summary

Telecom Acquisitions Ltd. in Horsham is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join our growing team. You will welcome new customers by phone, explain product benefits, and identify suitable upgrades while delivering friendly, high‑quality service.

This role is 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm with occasional Saturday shifts. Full training provided and opportunities to progress within a dynamic telecoms environment.

Qualifications

Experience in telesales or customer service is advantageous, though not essential, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Call new customers to welcome them and introduce service options.
Identify customer needs and recommend relevant upgrades.
Provide ongoing support and cross-sell opportunities across products and services.
Explain product benefits clearly in a friendly manner.
Retain customers approaching contract expiry or considering cancellation with tailored solutions.
Record all interactions in the CRM system.
Share customer feedback to drive service improvements.
