Henkel in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a customer-focused specialist to own the end-to-end customer journey, acting as the single point of contact for new and existing customers and collaborating across functions to deliver solutions.

You will manage Order-to-Cash and Customer Service tasks, support CRM data quality, handle complex inquiries, and help drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and partnerships with Supply Chain and other internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or supply chain roles.
• Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication.
• Problem solving, proactive and able to meet deadlines.
• SAP and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word) beneficial; Salesforce Service Cloud advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Be accountable for customer-facing activities and act as the single point of contact.
• Run OTC and CSM with a focus on customer interaction.
• Report on client interactions and understand segments and needs.
• Support in supply, commercial and application inquiries; collect feedback.
• Enter CRM data after each contact to enable retention and development.
• Provide quality service and handle complex inquiries to minimise disruption.
• Collaborate with internal partners via Service Cloud and align priorities.
• Support customer experience initiatives and tailor services by segmentation.
