Job summary

Asda is seeking a Customer Manager in Bloxwich. This part-time permanent role (36 hours/week) focuses on leading the store’s service, back office, security and cleaning teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience from entry to exit.

You’ll be the eyes and ears for customers, act on feedback, and liaise with partners to ensure standards are met. Prior retail leadership and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Act on customer feedback and run listening groups to drive improvements with external partners.
• Ensure the store path delivers the best customer experience from car park to checkout.
