We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and inspirational team leader with experience in a commercial environment and a passion for exceeding targets while providing exemplary customer service at the Phoenix Theatre. The Customer Experience Manager role focuses on revenue generation and customer experience, requiring a retail and hospitality professional's positive motivational approach. You will be a key operational player in developing our growth plan, expanding activities and initiatives for our audiences.

Leading the Customer Experience team, you will maximize revenue, utilize data to inform retail strategies, and motivate team members to meet and exceed sales targets. The role involves welcoming audiences and caring for casts and visiting companies backstage, ensuring they feel at home with us.
