Qualifications

  • Experience using GANT-based planning/dispatch software preferred.
  • Previous planning or scheduling experience in a service role preferred.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service. You will:

  • Schedule routine service visits and dispatch callouts efficiently.

  • Manage engineers’ diaries and coordinate assignments seamlessly.

  • Process permits and handle essential paperwork with precision.

  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact for our valued national customers.

  • Keep everything running smoothly by rescheduling work due to absences or urgent calls.

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.

  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Support service managers in maximizing engineer productivity.

  • Work with portals and reporting tools to meet team KPIs.
