Our client, a leading organization, is experiencing a period of growth and is looking to recruit for the role of Customer Experience Coordinator at their Felixstowe site.
Your new role
Working as part of an expanding team, you will take ownership of dispute and claim investigation and resolution, tariff management, system management, and the implementation of streamlining processes. You will ensure that billing activities are completed within specified timeframes with minimal discrepancies, and that our customers are billed accurately on the first attempt.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a proactive individual with a track record of working in a goal- and KPI-oriented environment. Strong administration and IT skills are essential, alongside excellent customer service skills.
