Job summary

Chelmsford Star Co-op is hiring to join a friendly, multi-skilled store team across checkout, shop floor and in-store services. You’ll help with customer service, stock checks, and daily store tasks in a fast-paced environment, supporting the community and members who rely on us.

No prior experience is required; you’ll receive training and guidance to grow with the Society, with flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day running of the store: checkout, shop floor, housekeeping.
• Support date code checks, temperature checks and admin tasks.
