Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact centre or customer service environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised with ability to log interactions accurately.
• Experience handling accounts, admin, or maintenance queries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer contacts across multiple channels professionally.
• Resolve enquiries relating to Accounts, Admin, and Maintenance/Repairs.
