Job Description:

Position: Barista

Hourly Rate: £13.50

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our barista team, covering full service hours from 8am to 4pm. We welcome applicants seeking part-time, full-time, or flexible shifts.

Benefits include a free bus service on routes 21 and 460.

Ideal candidates should have excellent customer service skills, a passion for coffee, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Experience as a barista or in a café is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

As part of our catering team, you'll serve high-quality coffee and create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing high-quality coffees and hot drinks
• Providing friendly and professional service
• Supporting light food preparation, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness
• Engaging with customers to enhance their experience
• Adhering to health, safety, and food hygiene standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a café or as a barista (preferred but not mandatory)
• Passion for coffee and customer service
• Reliable, confident, and team-oriented
• Calm and positive attitude under pressure
• Flexible availability, including early mornings and lunchtimes
