Job Description:

Role: Barista

Hourly Rate: £13.50

We are looking for enthusiastic baristas to join our team to cover full service hours from 8am to 4pm. We welcome applicants seeking part-time, full-time, or flexible shifts. Enjoy a free bus service on routes 21 or 460.

Ideal candidates will have great energy, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for coffee. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can craft the perfect flat white, we want to hear from you.

As part of our contract catering team, you'll serve more than just coffee—you'll create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Making high-quality coffees and hot drinks to order
• Providing friendly, professional service
• Assisting with light food prep, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness
• Engaging with customers to enhance their experience
• Adhering to health, safety, and food hygiene standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a café (training available for the right candidate)
• A passion for coffee and customer service
• Reliability and ability to work in a team
• Calm, positive attitude, even during busy times
