Job Description:

Position: Barista

Salary: £13.50 per hour

We’re looking for our barista team to help cover full service hours from 8 am to 4 pm. Whether you're seeking part-time, full-time, or flexible shifts, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re seeking Baristas with great energy, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for coffee. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can make a perfect flat white, we want to hear from you.

As part of our contract catering team, you’ll serve more than just coffee — you’ll create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Making high-quality coffees and hot drinks to order
• Delivering friendly, professional service with a smile
• Supporting light food prep, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness
• Engaging with customers to enhance their experience
• Adhering to health, safety, and food hygiene standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous café or barista experience (training available for the right candidate)
• A love for coffee and customer service
• Reliability and ability to work in a team
• A calm, positive attitude during busy times
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings and lunchtimes
