Job Description:

Role: Barista

Hourly Rate: £13.50

We are seeking enthusiastic team members to cover full service hours from 8am to 4pm. Whether you're interested in part-time, full-time, or flexible shifts, we'd love to hear from you!

Benefits include a free bus service for staff on routes 21 or 460.

Ideal candidates will have great energy, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for coffee. Experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to make a perfect flat white are preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

As part of our catering team, you'll serve more than just coffee — you'll create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Making high-quality coffees and hot drinks to order
• Providing friendly, professional service
• Assisting with light food prep, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness
• Engaging with customers to enhance their experience
• Adhering to health, safety, and food hygiene standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a café setting is preferred but not essential
• Passion for coffee and customer service
• Reliable, confident, and team-oriented
• Calm and positive attitude during busy periods
• Flexible availability, including mornings and lunchtime shifts
