Chopstix in the United Kingdom seeks a Team Member to join our fast-paced restaurant in Basingstoke. You will greet customers, take and pack orders, and ensure every dish meets our high standards for presentation and flavour.

Join a team that values collaboration, energy, and a positive attitude. Be prepared for late shifts up to 4am on select nights and contribute to a clean, welcoming dining area while supporting kitchen operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and create a fantastic experience for each visitor.
• Take and pack orders, ensuring food is presented to product specification.
• Be flexible for late shifts; remaining open until 4am on select nights.
• Keep front counter, restaurant and toilet areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Assist back of house with food preparation as required for the Wok Chef.
• Adhere to Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines.
• Deliver bold flavours and a great dining experience with a smile.
