Chopstix Group is seeking a team member who loves delivering great service in a busy environment. You will be the first point of contact, taking and packing orders, ensuring foods are presented to specification and delivered with a smile.

You may work late select nights while keeping front of house spotless and supporting the Wok Chef. We prioritise Health & Safety, Food Safety and a fun, team-driven culture with opportunities for development and growth within a rapidly expanding brand.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment.
• Willingness to work late nights on select nights.

Responsibilities

• Take and pack orders, ensuring food is presented to product specification.
• Keep front counter, restaurant and toilets clean and tidy.
• Assist back of house by preparing food for the Wok Chef.
• Provide a great customer experience as the first point of contact.
• Adhere to Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines.
