Job summary

Moto is hiring a Team Member at Cherwell Services, M40 Junction 10, Bicester. As a Team Member you will greet customers, take orders, and help prepare hot food while delivering our high standards of customer service.

This role offers a £12.83 per hour rate, a 35-hour week, shifts 11am–9pm, and weekly pay, plus a discretionary annual bonus and staff discounts across franchise brands. We value friendly, reliable people who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy teamwork, with opportunities

What you’ll be doing as a Team Member:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the kitchen, ready for the following days trade
