Job summary

BSH Home Appliances Group in Corby is seeking a customer service specialist for a permanent role. You will cover 37.5 hours per week on a 4-on/4-off shift (08:00-18:00), supporting customers with engineering visits, warranties, and parts, while delivering high-quality service.

You will handle calls with empathy, maintain accuracy, and ensure GDPR compliance. A strong customer-focused approach and good computer skills are essential to succeed in this role within our service operations.
