BSH Home Appliances Ltd in Corby, UK is seeking Warehouse Operatives for night shifts. You will perform order picking, loading goods, and operate a counterbalance forklift on a 35-hour week with night hours 22:00–06:00. Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse environment, particularly in picking & loading activities.
• Extensive experience operating a counterbalance forklift truck; clamp attachment experience is an advantage.
• Motivated and ambitious individual with a desire to learn, grow, and develop within the company.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining high attendance and performance.
• Committed to health and safety practices and actively contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Order Picking - Accurately pick and prepare customer orders in line with dispatch requirements and deadlines.
• Loading of Goods - Safely and efficiently load goods onto vehicles, ensuring correct handling and secure placement.
• Operation of MHE - Operate counterbalance truck in a safe and compliant manner.
• Health & Safety Compliance - Follow all health & safety procedures, carry out equipment checks, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Team Contribution & Continuous Improvement - Work collaboratively within the team, actively contributing to productivity, quality standards, and continuous improvement activities.

Our standard working week is 35 hours, with shifts scheduled between 10.00pm and 06.00am

Your Resposibilities:

• FLT Skills & Certification
