Sainsbury's is hiring for store roles across our network in the UK. You will put customers first with friendly, helpful service, assist with shelving, picking orders, serving customers or selling products, and use digital tools to improve the shopping experience.

You’ll also help organise stock and stay tidy, while learning our products and promotions to make great recommendations. We value a welcoming, high-energy team player who can adapt across store duties and embrace new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever customers need you, whether filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building knowledge of products, services and promotions to confidently make helpful recommendations to customers
