Job summary

John Grose Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor at our Ipswich dealership on Ransomes Europark. You will greet customers, support vehicle servicing bookings and repairs, and be the face of the business on-site.

You will handle enquiries by phone and email, explain technical information clearly, and upsell where appropriate. This role offers training, progression, and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Education to A-Level standard or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• A proactive and positive approach to work.
• Confidence in advising customers on additional sales.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities
