Job description

Job Purpose:

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Advisor for our luxury showroom in South Kensington. Your passion for suits will shine through your day-to-day work, and you’ll be adept at undertaking operational tasks and interacting with our customers, offering them a unique personalised experience.

In this role you will:
  1. Provide assistance to customers via telephone, email, or web chat
  2. Welcome customers to the showroom, which operates by appointment only
  3. Process in-store and online orders, returns, and exchanges
  4. Liaise with the courier services to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner
  5. Manage stock and respond to customer reviews
  6. Provide a holistic customer service, including deciding when to escalate queries as well as implementing company policy and retail law

This is a full-time, 5-days-a-week role, which will include weekends.

Your Profile:
  1. Excellent IT skills, as the role involves managing digital tasks (Web and MS Office applications)
  2. Excellent communication skills and an understanding of EDI
  3. Excellent command of the English language
  4. Experience in luxury retail, preferably menswear
  5. Multitasking, attention to detail, and accuracy are key
  6. Right to work in the UK
