Cast UK Limited is seeking a Customer Experience Adviser to join our Tamworth office on a permanent, full-time basis. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service and supporting sales activity through effective communication and organisation.

A basic salary of £27,928 is offered, with bonus and benefits on top. You will be part of a collaborative, office-based team aiming to build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or sales support experience is desirable.
• Confident communicator with good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Positive, proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes.
• Full driving licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, orders and enquiries with accuracy and excellent service.
• Make proactive outbound calls to generate repeat orders, upsell and identify growth opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams including Sales, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email and internal systems.
• Contribute to team performance by supporting call handling and service levels.
• Demonstrate proactive communication and manage shared inbox.
• Maintain accuracy in data entry and order processing.
• Take responsibility for personal development and uphold company standards.
