Customer Engineering Services (CES) - Operations Technician

What you will enjoy doing
  • Join the Central Engineering Services team to perform planned & defect maintenance on various systems, including fault diagnosis and repairs.
  • Support customers across industries such as Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Research, Manufacturing, and Food.
  • Act as an ambassador for BOC on customer sites within a diverse Operations Technician team covering Scotland.
  • Manage scheduled activities independently to meet customer and business needs, collaborating with Project Engineers and Coordination teams during installation and commissioning.
  • Once trained, monitor, supervise, and guide contractors, apprentices, and trainees.
  • Source and purchase parts, equipment, and workshop materials.
  • Participate in site and departmental activities like developing best practices, problem-solving, and improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize provided resources such as a fully equipped vehicle, professional uniform, and digital devices to perform your role.
