Qualifications

• Strong Customer Engagement and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Experience in Account Management, including maintaining customer records and managing ongoing service needs.
• Sales and Consulting skills to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate storage solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a busy environment.
• Comfort with basic computer systems and customer management tools; prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial.
• Knowledge of or interest in storage, logistics, or facilities services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales performance across inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Manage enquiries, convert sales opportunities, support customers throughout their storage journey, and ensure first-class customer experience at every touch point.
• Be the first point of contact for customers, responding in person, by phone, and online, guiding them through storage options meeting their requirements.
• Support customers throughout their storage journey, including handling bookings, completing paperwork, and explaining security and access procedures.
• Manage existing customer accounts, monitor satisfaction, address issues promptly, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services.
• Collaborate with the site team to ensure a smooth, welcoming customer experience, maintain accurate records, and contribute feedback to improve customer engagement processes.
