In this role, you’ll manage and develop a small team to deliver increasing email engagement. You’ll work to understand our customers and where they are in their Warhammer journey. From acquiring new subscribers, through to building engagement and strengthening loyalty from our existing fans, you will identify opportunities to create great customer relationships and deepen engagement for the long-term.
You’ll help define the long-term approach to email , identifying opportunities to improve customer experience through personalisation, segmentation and regionalisation. You’ll continually look for ways to improve our way of working, ensuring we stay up to date with new technologies and best practices, and continue to engage our fans by delivering the right message to the right person at the right time.
The ideal person will bring demonstrable experience in Email Marketing and experience using marketing, sales and customer retention systems for delivering targeted, effective campaigns. We’re looking for someone able to ensure all content is personalised and data driven across all customer touchpoints.

Location: This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in our UK Head Office in Lenton, Nottingham, 1-2 days per week.
