Job summary

Venture Recruitment seeks a Customer Engagement Executive in Bridgwater to deliver outstanding customer service while driving sales in a fast-paced contact centre. You will manage inquiries, convert opportunities, and support customers through their storage journey, ensuring a first-class experience at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Experience in contact centre, customer service or sales environment.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales enquiries and convert to reservations/move-ins.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up quotations and prospects.
• Promote additional products and services including insurance and packing materials.
• Maintain CRM records and support marketing campaigns.
• Deliver exceptional service across all customer interactions and resolve issues.
