Job summary

Key tasks include replenishing stock, fulfilling online orders for home delivery, reducing waste through dated product management, supporting checkout and Click & Collect, and maintaining a safe, tidy shop floor.

Qualifications

• Communication skills to work effectively as part of a team and with customers.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is welcomed.
• Up-to-date knowledge and strong interest in food and drink trends.
• Flexible approach to support the whole branch.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment to keep shelves full and in the right place for customers.
• Fulfilling online customer orders ready for drivers to deliver to customers’ doors.
• Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns on sell-by dates.
• Working with the wider shop team to support checkout, Click & Collect orders, and on-demand customer requests.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.
