Screwfix is seeking a Retail Assistant in Paignton to welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products for a quick, friendly shopping experience. You’ll support stock, deliveries, and order collection, helping maintain high store standards and a collaborative, upbeat team environment.

With strong training and flexible shift patterns, you’ll develop professionally while delivering excellent service to customers across long hours.
