Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is seeking a Customer Disputes Coordinator at the National Distribution Site in Northampton. You will manage customer queries and complaints, ensuring win-win resolutions for Baxter and the customer, with work hours 8:30am–5pm, Monday to Friday.

The role will start at the Northampton site and move to a brand-new CEVA Logistics facility in Rockingham Park, Corby, opening in 2027. A Level or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• A Level standard or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Log disputes and KPI information.
• Investigate invoice queries and resolve within SLA.
• Contact/liaise/negotiate with customers for query resolution within SLA.
• Obtain PODs for eSSC to collect outstanding debt.
• Query the system for account management (billto/shipto).
• Check invoice against PO and ensure correct account usage; if incorrect, process credit and rebill.
• Follow credit note approval process per European matrix.
• Liaise with Pricing/Operations/Transport teams for pricing and product queries.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support 6S initiatives.
