About the role
As one of our Customer Delivery Drivers, you'll bring quality Waitrose produce and Partner-led service directly to customers' doors. You'll embody our ethos - passionate Partners serving food lovers. When not on the road, you'll support the shop team with tasks like stock replenishment and housekeeping, contributing to the shop's efficient operation in a friendly environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.

Key Responsibilities

• Start your day in-store, check delivery routes, and load your van efficiently.
• Perform vehicle safety checks, ensuring road safety and compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Assist customers and build rapport based on trust and service.
• Support shop tasks as needed.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Full valid B-Category UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Strong customer service and time management skills.
• Ability to handle physical tasks like lifting crates and cages.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and IT literate.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Previous driving experience, knowledge of chilled vehicles preferred.
