Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods is recruiting a delivery driver to service customers across the UK. You will deliver frozen meals from a temperature-controlled van and interact with customers daily, providing friendly, reliable service.

The role requires a full UK manual driving licence, basic IT skills, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. The position is 40 hours per week on a 6-month fixed term contract, with a competitive hourly rate and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-based roles.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps.
• Evidence of work stability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
• Pick orders within the coldstore.
• Use our app to update customer deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Conduct pre-shift inspection of your van.
• Drive safely, within the law.
• Refuel and clean your van as needed.
• Notify office of discrepancies or delays.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
• Assist the team when required.
• Report health and safety, stock quality, and mechanical issues.
• Support the team during holidays or absences.
• Engage in local marketing activities to attract new customers.
