Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to bring groceries to customers’ homes, delivering a friendly, high‑quality service on every visit. You’ll work on the road, loading the van, meeting customers, and keeping everything neat and safe, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Pay starts at £14.18 per hour and rises to £15.45 in M25 stores; minimum 16 hours per week are guaranteed, with some locations offering 12‑hour roles. We value flexibility and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence held for 12+ months with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers in their homes within scheduled time slots.
• Load and unload goods safely from the van.
• Keep van and workspace clean and organized at all times.
• Provide friendly, helpful service and handle order changes as needed.
• Follow safety checks to ensure vehicle roadworthiness.
