Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking Customer Delivery Drivers to deliver groceries to customers’ homes with a smile and great service. You’ll be on the road, often independently, and part of a supportive team back at base.

Pay starts at £14.18 per hour, rising to £15.45 in stores within the M25, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week. Flexible start times and a customer‑focused role are expected.

Qualifications

• Valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a changing environment and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers’ homes in designated time slots.
• Load the van safely and keep it roadworthy and well organized.
• Communicate order changes clearly and handle substitutions or refunds when needed.
• Maintain product quality and ensure accurate doorstep handovers.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues to support great teamwork.
