Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver for the Basingstoke area. You will deliver groceries directly to customers’ doors, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered with a friendly service.

The role is hands-on, physical, and offers flexible hours, including part-time shifts with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week. Applicants should hold a valid UK driving licence (auto or manual) for at least 12 months with up to 3 penalty points and be comfortable working in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, helpful manner.
• Able to work independently, manage time well, and adapt to changing customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Keep van, trays and work area clean, tidy and organised for safe deliveries.
• Load the van safely and perform checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Explain order changes or substitutions clearly to customers and process refunds when needed.
